The growing of silverskin onions has long been a tradition in the Dutch province of Flevoland. However, to be able to guarantee a constant supply and quality, growing areas in Northern France have also been developed.

Crop cultivation is completely under our own management and is supervised by experts from the beginning to the end. We use the crop registration program, Opti Crop where all relevant information can be accessed by our customers. This program is also able to analyse crop information which enables continued optimisation.
Opti Crop, 100% tracing and the GlobalG.A.P. certification mean we can guarantee that our raw materials are of the highest standard.
The time between harvesting and processing is kept to a minimum to improve quality, which is further improved by cooling the silverskin onions at the beginning of the production process. After peeling, the onions are either delivered immediately to you fresh or immersed in the required preservative. The various specifications are available on request.
The standard sizes that we produce are: 10-14, 14-16, 16-18, 18-21, 21-23, 23-25, 25-28, 28-32 and 32+ mm.
During the harvesting season, silverskin onions can be delivered to you in bulk, packaged in plastic crates or plastic drums.
Our customer base mainly comprises the frozen food and canning industries both at home domestic and abroad.
